Talented 3yo filly Sebring's Choice (nicknamed Baby) trounced her rivals at Geelong synthetic on Friday. Owners patience was rewarded in kind. The filly sat back last in the 13 horse field and with a burst of speed from the point of the corner, put the race in her keeping winning by 3/4 length. Our apprentice Chris Caserta was more than pleased to have won his first race for the stable on this gallant filly. Carrying the successful colours of Sydney based Owners John and Anne McDonnell, she gave all connections a thrill particularly those on course Gary, Mitch and Caz Brown, Steve and Eddie Lucas. Nick Moodie. Steve Jansson, LPC Girls and Leigh Champion were all elated on the phone as well as all other connections unable to attend.
A brave little filly who will hopefully go on with it from now on.
Congratulations to all involved!!
