Stable sprinting sensation Hooness is set to take her place in the Group 3 McEwan Stakes (1000m) at Moonee Valley on September 11. Hooness has been back in work for a while as we have brought her up slowly to attack the Spring Racing Carnival. A recent trial saw her win easily by 6 lengths with race jockey Danny Nikolic aboard.
